All merchandise sold will be a reflection on the Baltimore Music Conference; therefore we reserve the right to ban certain items from sale.
The above prices do not include tables, chairs, display items of any type, stages, equipment, tents, electricity or phone lines, however electricity for audio and visual presentations will be provided for an additional charge
Vendor will provide for removal of vendor’s trash at the end of the event.
Vendor is responsible for removal of all valuables at the end of each night. Although security will be provided during the event, the BMC will not be responsible for any damage, theft or loss of vendor’s property during the event or overnight.

"Neighborhood Row"
There is no charge for Neighborhood Community Organization booths however, if selling merchandise the above vendor booth fees will apply. Please contact us.
